Athletic Registration
Student Grades 7-12
Dear Pottsgrove Families,
Registration for 2024-2025 Pottsgrove Interscholastic sports is open.
For the 2024-2025 school year, the Athletic Department will utilize Student Central for all athletic registrations. The student-athlete and parent/guardian must complete this online registration to participate in interscholastic sports at Pottsgrove School District. This online registration platform will allow students and families in grades 7-12 to register for sports, complete all required athletic department forms, and PIAA CIPPE Sections 1-8 (athletic physical exam forms- upload once completed). The athletic department will no longer collect paper forms.
Online Registrations are due for Fall Sports on the following dates:
High School- Aug 1, 2024
Middle School- Aug 15, 2024
Student-athletes will not be able to try out or participate in practices on the first official day if registration is not complete and all forms are approved.
Start Dates:
August 5th - High School Football
August 12th - All High School Sports
August 21st - Middle School Football
August 26th - All Middle School Sports
REMINDER: All students must have a completed Athletic Physical on or after May 1, 2024, to participate.
Please make sure when you create your account that you select the correct school: Pottsgrove School District.
It is recommended that the parent/guardian create their account first, and then create and link the student account together. Please make sure both the parents and students sign all the required areas of the forms.
Below is information for students and families on how to set up their accounts and complete their registrations. We recommend that when possible, all students utilize their school district-issued email when setting up their account.

*This form can be printed to take to the doctor, then uploaded to Student Central with the doctor’s signature and dated after May 1, 2024.
